Public Library Commute (Conrad Hsiang) is a NY-based singer, songwriter, and producer. Conrad has done a lot with the artist Surfaces on 10k Projects as well as the group’s singer Forrest Frank. He has a warm, distinct production style that shines on vocals & melodies. While NY-based, he makes frequent trips to LA, Nashville, and beyond.

Independently, Public Library Commute has amassed well over 500k monthly listeners and 500 million streams and is leveling up in the next stage of his artist project. and has opened or toured with artists like Surfaces, Reality Club, Khai Dreams, Verzache, Fiji Blue, and others. PLC recently signed a label deal with Fast Friends music and is preparing for an album release and future touring.
